Our open level classes offer a more challenging exploration for dancers, students, and teachers with experience.

Classes begin with guided warm-ups—roll downs, body swings, and release-based movement—progressing through corner work and grounded floor phrases. The session culminates in a dynamic movement sequence, drawing together the skills explored throughout.

This is a space for adults of all backgrounds to rediscover the joy of moving, express themselves through dance, and connect with others in an open and supportive environment. We welcome a wide range of ages and abilities, experience in dance welcomed. 

A one-off taster class is available at the start of each block for those who’d like to experience the class before enrolling. 

Taster and booking options vary by block length.
